ITT Institute in cooperation with Google provides access to a set of software tools for the organization of online Google Apps.
Google Apps - a set of online services that allows you to perform various functions using a Web browser - namely, Email, Calendar, Docs, Sites, Groups, drive and more.

Gmail works on any computer or mobile device with the ability to transfer data, and support the work offline can continue to work even without network connection. So, in the office, in a meeting or in an airplane your email is always near you.
Organize your day with calendar and get reminders on the phone or in a folder "Inbox". Attach files or documents to an event that all required materials prior to the meeting at hand.
Create multimedia documents with images, tables, equations, pictures, links and more. Earn input and manage reviews by comments on social networks.

Google Groups can be used as mailing lists and provide the basis for quick access to calendar, docs, sites and videos to their colleagues. Users can easily create groups and owners - manage membership in each of them.

Google Drive on your computer running a Mac, PC or mobile device (or the browser) forms a central storage location the latest versions of files to which access is not dependent on your location. Also on that disc you can download files of any type, Google Docs also stored on disk Google.
